Assisted shoulder external rotation
This stretch may be performed in a sitting or lying position. Use the uninvolved arm to help rotate the involved arm outward. Move your arm until a moderate strain is felt then relax the arm. Perform 15 repetitions. ← Return to Exercises index Printable Version |
